Tuesday - Upper body

An invigorating upper body class designed to sculpt and strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest and back. This dynamic and fun workout utilises a variety of simple equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight to challenge your muscles and build your strength. A mix of targeting exercises, ensuring a balanced approach to upper body fitness.

Wednesday - Lower body

An energising lower-body fitness class designed to strengthen and tone all areas of the legs including the glutes, quads and lower leg muscles. These engaging workouts incorporate a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight exercises to maximise results. Targeted exercises and movements that challenge your lower body while also improving flexibility and stability.

Thursday - Cardio and Core

An exciting cardiovascular and core fitness class designed to boost your heart rate and strengthen your core. This high-energy workout combines bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands to deliver a comprehensive fitness experience.  Features dynamic movements that enhance endurance and stability, including cardio bursts and core-targeting drills.  

Friday - Full body

A comprehensive full-body fitness class designed to engage all major muscle groups. This dynamic workout utilises bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands to create a balanced and effective routine. Includes a variety of movements that promote strength, endurance and flexibility, ensuring a complete workout experience. 

15 minute Express Workouts

Join this 15-minute express online fitness class for a quick yet effective workout that fits into your busy schedule.  This fast-paced session combines bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands to deliver a full body workout.  Each class is designed to maximise your time, featuring high-intensity movements that boost strength and endurance.  Get ready to energise your day and achieve fitness results in just 15 minutes!

Kettlebell workout

Join this invigorating and fun 30 minute kettlebell fitness class designed to enhance your cardiovascular health, core stability and overall strength!  This dynamic workout incorporates a variety of kettlebell exercises that elevate your heart rate while targeting major muscle groups.  Each session focuses on functional movements that improve balance and coordination, increased cardiovascular benefits and increased overall strength.  

'Anti-chair’ office workout

Join this fun and effective 30 minute ‘anti-chair’ workout to help you feel revitalised during your work day.  Specifically designed for office workers looking to break up their day but not able to leave their desk!  This class focuses on gentle yet effective exercises that you can do right from your chair, helping to improve flexibility, posture and circulation.  Each session includes a variety of movements targeting the neck, shoulders, back, wrists, forearms and legs, all aimed at relieving tension and boosting energy.  

Pre and post natal workout

Join this nurturing fitness class designed specifically for pre and post natal women.  This supportive class focuses on safe and effective exercises that promote strength, flexibility and overall well-being during and after pregnancy.  Each session includes appropriate movements tailored to accommodate that changing body, helping to alleviate common discomforts while enhancing core stability and pelvic floor strength. Classes led by an experienced and qualified instructor who understands the unique needs of pre and postnatal women. 

Body weight only workout

Join this energising bodyweight fitness class designed to build strength and endurance without any equipment!  This dynamic session utilises your own bodyweight to perform a variety of exercises that target all major muscle groups.  You will be guided through a series of fun and challenging movements, helping you to improve your fitness, flexibility and overall body awareness.
