With monthly, 6 monthly and yearly subscriptions there are options for everyone.
The online classes are 30 minutes and are designed to improve stamina, strength and overall fitness in a fun and exciting way. Wherever possible, a regression and progression exercise option will be offered to accommodate those at the beginning of their fitness journey, and those that are progressively overloading their training.
By signing up to the monthly subscription, you are making an investment in your health and will benefit from the results that this brings to your overall health and wellbeing.

What do I need?
Many of the exercises will be body weight
and where weights are used, it is possible to safely use some household items if you do not have any equipment. Sometimes this means getting creative; just adds to the fun!

Basic equipment
If you do have a few dumbbells and/or kettlebells, a mat and a few different resistance bands, this will pretty much be all you will need.
Safe space to train
ideally an area approximately 4ft x 6ft.
Reliable internet connection
This is very important as it could be very frustrating and disappointing if you encounter connection problems during a workout.
A device to attend
A tablet or laptop is ideal because the screen is bigger than a phone, but if a phone is all you have this can be used. You can also cast to your TV if your space allows.
Comfortable workout attire
wear comfortable and appropriate workout clothing and footwear to allow for ease of movement during training sessions.
Water
stay hydrated during your workouts.
